The Red Market

The Red Market is a three-story wet market, erected in 1936 and deriving its name from the red bricks used in construction. The building is symmetrical in layout and has a clock tower in the middle and a watchtower in each corner. It is near the Red Market Pedestrian Street, which is known for its flower-selling kiosks.
You can find variety of seafood from mainland China or locally here, which are all very fresh. Besides, there is poultry, fish, meat, vegetables, dried food, fresh fruits and flowers selling.
